Lemon pepper albacore tuna and avocado orzo salad

You already know the green Pandan waffles, try the Pandan Macarons!
- 2 egg whites
- 5 tbsp white sugar
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp optional*
- 3/4 cup almond flour + 1 tbsp optional*
- 1 tsp Pandan paste
*depending on how the paste dilutes your egg whites you may have to add an extra couple of tablespoons of dry ingredients so your batter won’t turn out too wet, plus I also added a drop of just regular pandan extract to smooth out the batter
Baked rigatoni w/ spicy Italian sausage, garlic tomato sauce, fresh basil, topped with mozzarella and parmesan
Ribeye steak w/ carmelized onions and assorted baby potatoes + lemon cilantro vinaigrette
Olive colored chocolate macarons w/ dark chocolate ganache (orig. recipe tweaked)
- 2 egg whites
- 5 tbsp white granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup icing/powdered sugar
- 3/4 almond meal/flour (sifted)
- 1 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- about 5 drops of green food coloring
- ganache = 1 cup heavy whipping cream + 1 cup dark chocolate 60%

I omitted ham though, then I started to think it was a mistake, but it’s still very delicious without it. It can be spicy, and I didn’t do the Tabasco either. I served it with a couple lemon wedges.
